Job Title : AVP/ VP- Consulting Sales

Location : Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be responsible for selling Consulting services for QGLUE, a design-led Innovation company that helps transform businesses and the human condition.

QGLUE offers to its clients a vast range of Consulting and advisory services in areas of Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Innovation Management, Culture change and others.

Brief responsibilities of the incumbent are:

  • Customer Acquisition
  • Solution Designing (working with experts to design solutions)
  • Key account management of QGLUE’s global accounts (International travel may be necessary for the same)

Skills Required:

  • Tech/MBA from a premier business school with 8-15 years of experience in consulting solution sales (preferable Process Improvement) to IT, ITES, BFSI & Telecom industry in India.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Passion for Sales and Key Account Management
