As Executive Director of Business Growth, Jon helps organizations around the globe position themselves to become more innovative. His unique combination of design fluency and business acumen allows for strategic collaborations with clients to yield high-performing custom innovation programs.

Jon is an experienced innovator with years of product management experience and has led teams through interdisciplinary and iterative processes by applying human-centered design as a lead instructor and facilitator since LUMA’s inception in 2010.

Some of his past clients include Bayer, Honeywell, Cisco, Whirlpool and Merrill Lynch and many more. Prior to joining LUMA, Jon was a Design Strategist at MAYA Design. In this role, Jon helped clients apply design thinking to tame complex business problems in diverse domains such as healthcare, energy, finance and consumer products
