An action learning workout over 2 days
The CEO leads cross-functional groups of business leaders and builders (Ops/HR/FIN). The groups further split into interchanging small and large team workouts.
The session has four parts:
After a fun warm-up activity to prep the group, we begin with visualizing the future
#1 – Deliberate the competitive differentiator needed for success. Articulate the organization’s vision and the top five steps required to achieve it.
#2 – Discuss and articulate the values, behaviour and structure required to achieve a competitive advantage.
#3 – Identify the changes to be made in the organization,
capabilities to build and KPIs to measure.
#4 – Articulate how the organization should be perceived, positioned and communicated to the larger world.
