Enhancing Employee Experiences at Workplace
01 Workshop overview
This is an online instructor led workshop. The workshop will leverage Design Thinking principlesto identify factors affecting experiences of employees at workplace. You will then use a structured approach to identify insights and use various Design Thinking methods to develop solutions. The ultimate goal is to discover the right focus areas for interventions and defining the right problem to solve from the employees perspective rather than just duplicating best practices from industry.

  • Empathizing with your employees.
  • Surface key insights that affect employee experience at workplace – what do they need for better engagement and enablement.
  • Specific actions needed to envision to the “To Be” state from an employee experience perspective.
  • Prioritization of key ideas and solutions developed during the workshop
03 How it works?
  • Course Duration – 4.5 hours
  • Mode of delivery – Online Instructor led.
  • Technology requirements: Laptop/ Desktop with Chrome Browser (preferably).
  • Software/ Web Tools Required: QGLUE will enable brainstorming and communication tools for the participants.
  • Size – A cohort of 8-10 participants from one organization ( 2 teams consisting 4-5 participants per team is ideal) .
