About This Course

A three hour focused meeting and briefing only for Senior Executives on Strategic Design and Innovation. Explore design ideas, opportunities, visions and practices for relating and uncovering how design can engage with organisational worlds.

Learn how to work with a systems approach, human-centred. The design areas are often interconnected and labelled as per: Interaction Design, Experience Design, Service Design, Scenario Design, Concept Design, Communication Design and Strategic Design. And there is of course ‘Design Thinking’. Gain hands on experience making product concepts and build prototypes. We will translate insights and patterns into customer scenarios embodied by personas. Learn to revisit design principles to ground UX action plan.

There is no eligibility criteria set for the course. But it is essential to come with an open mind and be OK with ambiguity.

Laptop is desirable to have but not mandatory. There are no other requirements – software or otherwise.
